Business Analyst with French

About the role

You will:

• Be part of a consulting or implementation team during IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies.
• Conduct business analysis, define functional requirements, test developed solutions, and support UATs.
• Work closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis.
• Perform varied tasks in various roles in an international environment.
• Be an active member of an Agile team, taking ownership of your topics.

Requirements

You need:

• At least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, business, economics, IT, or similar fields.
• Great command of English and confidence collaborating with native English speakers (at least C1 level).
• Very good knowledge of French (at least B2/C1 level).
• Understanding of Agile ways of working.
• Proven ability to apply intuitive and analytical reasoning to complex problems.
• Ability to work in Poland and the European Union on a full-time basis.

Nice to have

• First experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance.
• Familiarity with insurance business processes.
• Team leadership skills and management experience.
• Additional languages.
• Willingness to work with clients abroad and travel up to 50% of work time.
