About the role

  • Implement and customise Salesforce solutions for insurers and banks.
  • Configure, integrate and customize Salesforce software to meet client needs.
  • As part of the R&D team, create, design and implement state-of-the-art solutions used by clients.
  • Work directly with clients as an active member of an agile project team.
  • Create guided flows using Omnistudio and Flows.

Requirements

You need:

  • Master’s degree in IT or equivalent and at least 2 years of commercial experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Basic understanding of the Salesforce Platform.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering concepts.
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, clean code principles, and best practices.
  • Good command of English, at least B2 level.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Availability for full-time employment.
  • Readiness to travel, depending on the project; work may be partially client-side.
  • Ability to work in the European Union.

Nice to haves

  • Software development best practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Vlocity, MuleSoft, and others.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer or another relevant certification.
  • Omnistudio experience.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and solutions.
  • Teamwork skills and experience.
  • Understanding of design patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with web services (REST/SOAP), microservices, JMS, Spring, or similar technologies.
  • Ability to build lasting, positive relationships with clients and members of a managed team.
  • Additional language skills, such as Swedish, German, or French.
