Description

  • Join a consulting or implementation team delivering IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies.
  • Conduct business analysis, define functional requirements, test developed solutions, and support UATs.
  • Collaborate daily with software developers and IT architects.
  • Perform varied roles and tasks in an international environment.
  • Actively contribute to an Agile team and take ownership of assigned topics.

Requirements

  • First experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance.
  • At least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, business, economics, IT, or a similar field.
  • English proficiency at least at C1 level, with confidence collaborating with native speakers.
  • German proficiency at least at B2/C1 level.
  • Understanding of Agile ways of working.
  • Ability to use intuitive and analytical reasoning to solve complex problems.
  • Ability to work full-time in Poland and the European Union.

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of insurance processes.
  • Familiarity with the SDLC.
  • Experience in fintech, consulting, implementation, or an IT company, particularly in insurance or bancassurance.
  • Practical experience with Agile frameworks, such as Scrum, and scaling frameworks, such as LeSS, Nexus, or SAFe.
  • Fluency in French.
  • Willingness to work with clients abroad and travel up to 50% of working time.
