About the role

  • Be part of a consulting or implementation team during IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies.
  • Conduct complex business analysis independently, define functional requirements, test developed solutions, and support UATs.
  • Work closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis.
  • Support coordination of Agile projects and mentor junior team members.
  • Be an active member of an Agile team, taking ownership of your topics and areas.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance.
  • Familiarity with insurance business processes.
  • Experience delivering IT solutions as part of an international team.
  • Creative, resourceful, and proactive approach to solving complex problems.
  • Ability to apply analytical thinking and synthesis to present work results.
  • Ability to learn quickly in a friendly but challenging international environment.
  • Ability to work in Poland and the European Union on a full-time basis.
  • At least a bachelor’s degree.
  • Great command of English (at least C1) and confidence collaborating with native English speakers.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a consulting, implementation, or IT company, especially in insurance or bancassurance.
  • Leadership and team management skills, with responsibility for team results.
  • Good knowledge of German or French.
  • Willingness to work with clients abroad and travel up to 50% of working time.
