About the role

As a Salesforce Consultant, you will advise and guide insurance and financial clients through Salesforce implementation. You will work closely with clients to design and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with their business goals, working on projects for leading financial institutions across France, Europe and worldwide.

More precisely, you will:

  • Support sales activities and participate in project delivery in various roles.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce solutions in the insurance and finance sectors.
  • Work as part of a consulting team on IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies.
  • Coordinate larger Agile implementation projects or independently lead a project area.
  • Lead complex business analysis, define functional requirements, design solutions and mentor less experienced team members.
  • Act as a team leader, Product Owner, Scrum Master or business architect as required by the project.
  • Supervise analytical work across multiple project teams.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients’ key personnel and leadership.
  • Work closely with software developers and IT architects.
  • Provide leadership on Salesforce best practices and drive adoption among client teams.
  • Support B2B sales activities.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in Salesforce systems implementation, preferably as a Salesforce Consultant, focused on Financial Services Cloud and insurance.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance, in an international environment.
  • Understanding of how insurance companies or banks operate, including key processes and business models.
  • Proficiency in designing solutions on the Salesforce Platform across multiple clouds.
  • Experience recommending and delivering solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Excellent English skills, with confidence collaborating with native English speakers (at least C1).
  • Ability to work full-time in Poland and the European Union.
