Are you passionate about shaping innovative digital products that drive real impact? We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive the strategy and roadmap for a crucial part of the product: contact management. You will serve as a liaison between the business side and the development team, ensuring business requirements are translated into product development.

Main tasks

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Core Platform domain.
  • Partner with engineering teams to define, prioritize, and deliver platform capabilities that support multiple product areas.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into clear product initiatives and actionable development plans.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Architects, and IT stakeholders to align platform development with company objectives.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, technical dependencies, and platform health.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Monitor platform performance, scalability, and reliability, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support delivery of high-quality backend solutions by working closely with engineering and QA teams.
  • Make data-informed product decisions and evaluate the impact of delivered initiatives.

You may be the perfect fit if you have

  • At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience collaborating closely with backend engineering teams.
  • Good understanding of backend technologies, APIs, databases, and system architecture.
  • Experience with product planning, prioritization, and project-management methodologies.
  • Fluent Polish for working with Polish-speaking engineering teams.
  • English at B2/C1 level, with B2 as the minimum.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with quality-assurance processes and ensuring platform reliability.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization, scalability, and system efficiency.
  • Experience working with complex, distributed SaaS platforms.

Salary range

  • Contract of employment: 10,000–17,000 PLN gross per month.
  • B2B contract: 607–1,014 PLN net per MD.
