Manager, Product Management

Job Overview

Build and evolve enterprise-grade structured storage capabilities that support a cloud-native SaaS platform. The role owns the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Structured Storage Platform, ensuring resilient, scalable, observable, efficient, and cost-effective solutions.

Role Responsibilities

Customer Centric

• Connect with external and internal customers to understand workflows and needs and validate approaches to addressing them.
• Collaborate with engineering to address workflows and pain points across customer segments and personas.
• Provide recommendations based on customer data and insights, aligned with industry standards and customer expectations.

Product Leadership

• Own the product roadmap and backlog for Structured Storage.
• Work with Product Leads to develop product strategy and goals.
• Track and report key product metrics relevant to the domain and expected outcomes.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication to align stakeholders on infrastructure priorities and outcomes.

Technical Leadership

• Partner with engineering to deliver products that meet scalability, reliability, usability, observability, efficiency, and performance standards.
• Apply knowledge of cloud platform architecture to communicate with development teams and make informed product decisions.
• Understand technical challenges, incident root causes, and effective solutions.
• Participate in technical discussions with Engineering Managers and Technical Architects to assess how future work affects the product and customers.

Product Implementation

• Break complex projects into iterative releases with measurable milestones for system performance and scalability.
• Anticipate and address cross-team dependencies collaboratively.
• Develop customer-facing documentation and release notes for platform updates and improvements.
• Align go-to-market strategies with internal stakeholders for new infrastructure capabilities and smooth customer rollout.

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management building and delivering custom software.
• 1+ years of experience inspiring, managing, and coaching Product Owners as direct reports.
• Strong execution skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented approach while maintaining focus on strategic objectives and long-term outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or comparable practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling products in large-scale SaaS or enterprise software environments supporting complex or mission-critical use cases.
• Technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent hands-on experience with technical platforms and systems.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure technologies, distributed systems, and operational challenges.
• Experience working at the intersection of product and engineering in highly cross-functional environments.
• Experience solving complex infrastructure and data-management problems in a high-demand SaaS environment.
• Ability to analyze product and platform metrics to monitor system health, forecast scaling needs, and optimize cost efficiency.
• Experience delivering features and platform capabilities from ideation through implementation while balancing customer, business, and technical constraints.
• Ability to articulate infrastructure- and platform-focused strategies to technical and non-technical audiences.

Compensation

This position is eligible for total compensation including a competitive base salary, annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

Expected salary range: 264,000–397,000 PLN.

Final salary is based on factors including depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range is not typical to allow for future salary growth.
