Quality Assurance Engineer

Join the team developing and improving SALOG, a global Air & Sea Logistics IT system supporting operations worldwide. Play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and stability of business-critical applications used across global logistics operations. Work closely with developers, designers, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet technical and customer expectations.

How you create impact

• Review business requirements, specifications, and technical designs to ensure testability and quality.
• Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and testing documentation.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate testing activities across the development lifecycle.
• Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for new and existing functionalities.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and business stakeholders to improve product quality.
• Contribute to both manual and automated testing activities.
• Help improve QA processes, testing standards, and overall quality practices across the team.

What we would like you to bring

• Experience in Software Quality Assurance or Software Development.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and defect management.
• Experience designing and executing manual test scenarios and test cases.
• Exposure to test automation and a genuine interest in expanding automation capabilities.
• Experience with Cucumber; knowledge of Playwright is a strong advantage as the team evolves its automation approach.
• Ability to clearly communicate with developers, designers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong English communication skills and experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
