Senior Software Engineer

Join an international product team developing and improving SALOG, a global Air & Sea Logistics IT system supporting operations worldwide. The role focuses on building modern digital solutions that increase process automation, improve operational efficiency, and enable real-time customer interaction. As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will develop business-critical applications using Java and Angular, contribute to architectural decisions, and help evolve a key logistics platform.

How you create impact

• Design, develop, and maintain new SALOG features using Java and Angular.
• Build high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions in a modern continuous-delivery environment.
• Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
• Create and maintain unit tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with analysts, testers, designers, and logistics experts to deliver business value.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Support application releases, deployments, and operational activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of architecture, performance, and development processes.

What we would like you to bring

• Several years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java and modern backend development.
• Solid commercial experience with Angular and the ability to contribute from day one.
• Experience with unit testing and software quality practices.
• Knowledge of Spring, SQL, PostgreSQL, JPA/Hibernate, or similar enterprise frameworks.
• Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, or IntelliJ.
• AI fluency and active use of AI tools in day-to-day engineering work.
• Strong English communication skills and experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
