Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate daily with engineering teams; refine scenarios, participate in refinements, discuss architecture, and support decisions on solutions and trade-offs.
  • Co-create dimensioning and performance plans for customers, including instance counts and throughput; understand hardware and software limitations; and predict the impact of new features on system load and operating costs.
  • Act as the product-area go-to person for sales, support, presales, marketing, and CPE partners by sharing knowledge of product architecture and operator use cases.

What makes you an ideal candidate

  • Have a strong technical background, preferably with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, ICT, or IT.

Skills and experience

  • Knowledge of networks that enables practical understanding of device-management protocols, such as CWMP (TR-069, USP, TR-369) and SNMP.

  • Practical knowledge of network protocols and the IP stack.
  • Ability to assess the impact of functions on performance and capacity planning.
  • Experience working closely with developers on technical solutions.
  • Proven experience leading software products from concept to market and exploring new opportunities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across all levels.
  • Excellent English skills for complex technical discussions.

Bonus points

  • Experience with B2B products.
  • Experience in the Telco industry, including knowledge of eTOM.
  • Hands-on product-marketing experience.
  • Experience conducting in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.

What we offer

  • Relaxed work atmosphere with no dress code and no open space.
