Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and highly autonomous Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of customer experience initiatives. In this role, you will own vertical-specific product scopes, solve complex business and customer problems, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful software solutions. If you are passionate about product craft, data-driven decision-making, and driving meaningful change in a fast-paced environment, join us.
Responsibilities
- Define Product Vision & Strategy: Set vertical-specific customer experience vision and strategy, while actively contributing to and challenging the broader product strategy.
- Translate Customer Insights: Understand user requirements, gather deep customer insights, and translate them into actionable product requirements while interacting directly with internal clients.
- Own Roadmap Planning: Prioritize the product feature backlog, plan roadmaps, and manage mid-term product scopes, such as 6–12-month initiatives, with high autonomy.
- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, research, data science, analytics, communications, technical leaders, and support teams to deliver impactful software solutions.
- Manage KPIs & Success Metrics: Define operational and success KPIs, track performance, and link them directly to broader business KPIs and the company vision and strategy.
- Align Stakeholders: Engage with a diverse set of internal stakeholders and ensure clear, effective communication up to the CL8 level to build strong alignment and support.
- Optimize Resources: Maximize the impact of available resources, such as the existing team, by recommending next steps grounded in strategic priorities.
- Apply Data-Driven Frameworks: Use logical, data-driven frameworks to break down complex problems and determine the right analytical approach, such as A/B tests versus quasi-experiments or AI versus rule-based solutions.
- Craft Decision Proposals: Provide structured, easy-to-understand written narratives and decision proposals, such as initiative press releases, supported by sound rationale.
- Execute High-Rigor Decisions: Apply high levels of rigor and judgment in proposed solutions, accounting for customer problems, competitive landscape, product alternatives, business needs, and practical constraints.
- Lead Through Ambiguity: Take ownership of leading parts of the team's work, including in challenging or ambiguous situations.
- Mentor & Inspire: Inspire and engage the team and stakeholders around key initiatives, while coaching and mentoring junior PMs to foster growth in product methodology and leadership.
- Build Peer Networks: Maintain a strong peer network to identify and advance cross-product opportunities, proactively sharing successes, failures, and key learnings.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: Extensive background as a Product Manager or in a similar product/project management role, including roadmapping, resource planning, risk assessment, and stakeholder cooperation.
- SDLC Knowledge: A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and how IT processes work.
- Analytical Mindset: Deep experience in data analysis and interpretation, with a strong ability to make decisions based on a balanced view of data, context, and experience.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills under high levels of autonomy.
- Agile Expertise: Practical experience with Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs.
- Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-Centric Focus: The ability to see the product through the eyes of clients and deeply understand their needs.
- Language Proficiency: English language skills at a minimum B2 level.
Benefits
- Flexible working hours in a hybrid model (4/1), with start times between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., plus 30 days of occasional remote work.
- Long-term discretionary incentive plan based on restricted stock units.
- Annual bonus based on annual performance and company results.
- Well-located offices with fully equipped kitchens, bicycle parking, green terraces, and work tools including raised desks, ergonomic chairs, and interactive conference rooms.
- A 16-inch or 14-inch MacBook Pro, or corresponding Dell with Windows, plus necessary accessories.
- A cafeteria-plan selection of fringe benefits, including medical, sports or lunch packages, insurance, and purchase vouchers.
- Employer-funded English classes related to the specific nature of the job.
- Training budget, inter-team tourism, hackathons, and an internal learning platform with multiple trainings.
- An additional day off for volunteering, individually or with a team or larger group.
- Social events, including Spin Kilometers, Family Day, Fat Thursday, and Advent of Code.
Working Environment and Technology
You will join a team of specialists who share knowledge and experience. You will have autonomy in team organization, space for continuous development, and the opportunity to try new things; you can choose the technology that solves the problem and take responsibility for what you create.
You will have access to a developer experience platform and tools that make software creation easier. The internal self-service ecosystem uses Kubernetes, Docker, Consul, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
You will be equipped with modern AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, allowing you to focus on developing new services and refining existing ones with AI support.
You will create solutions used by millions of customers. The technology scale includes more than 1,000 microservices, an open-source data bus (Hermes) handling 300K+ rps, a Service Mesh handling 1M+ rps, tens of petabytes of data, and production-used machine learning.
You will have opportunities to participate in industry conferences, technology communities, blogs, podcasts, guilds, and an internal technology conference.
