Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Product Manager to oversee the vision, strategy, and roadmap of our client’s products. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure product offerings align with business goals and deliver value to users.

Main Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and define product requirements.
• Lead the development of user-centered products that enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, and compliance teams to execute product initiatives.
• Utilize data and analytics to inform decisions and optimize product performance.
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders on product status and roadmap changes.
• Oversee product lifecycle stages from concept through to launch, ensuring timely delivery.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in digital or gaming industries.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for influencing cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development processes.
• Task-oriented and pragmatic.
• Passion for gaming and understanding of the gaming industry is a plus.
