It turns fragmented data into an enterprise knowledge graph, enabling humans and AI to uncover hidden patterns and answer complex multi-hop questions at population scale. The system is used to combat money laundering, fraud, human trafficking, terrorism, and organized crime.

Description

As the Senior Technical Product Manager (Platform & Core Engineer), you will own the under-the-hood platform capabilities that support massive-scale intelligence investigations. You will represent the needs of Enterprise Architects, Data Engineers, System Administrators, and Solution Engineers, ensuring the platform is secure, performant, deployable, and maintainable.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the roadmap for performance, scalability, and security, including permissions and authentication, in complex enterprise environments.
  • Lead development of engine capabilities, including Entity Resolution and high-efficiency data loading.
  • Own the roadmap for containers (Kubernetes/Docker) and cloud-native operations to streamline implementations.
  • Convert customer, market, and competitor insights into product requirements; partner with Product Marketing Management to articulate value, including total cost of ownership.
  • Set the roadmap and manage the backlog, balancing ease of use with strategic direction.
  • Focus on internal engineering alignment and field engineering requirements.
  • Spend 20% of time with customers and external experts to validate platform needs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in an enterprise product management role.
  • Education and career background in Software Engineering or Field Engineering.
  • Comfort discussing container orchestration and graph data structures with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working on a product with significant cross-functional partnership across product development, field engineering, product marketing, sales, and support.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Flexibility to work until 7:00 PM CET 2–3 days per week for Pacific Time collaboration.
