Senior Product Manager

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join a high-energy team responsible for shaping data-driven digital products powered by machine learning. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, driving discovery, prioritization, experimentation, and delivery while collaborating closely with Engineering, Data Science, and business stakeholders. You will transform strategic objectives into measurable product outcomes, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and user impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from problem discovery and product strategy to successful delivery and measurable business outcomes
• Define product vision, objectives, and roadmaps aligned with business priorities and long-term strategy
• Lead discovery activities to identify customer needs, validate hypotheses, and prioritize product opportunities
• Drive the development of ML-enabled product capabilities in close collaboration with Engineering and Data Science teams
• Translate business goals into clear product requirements, success metrics, and actionable roadmaps
• Prioritize product backlog based on business impact, KPIs, technical feasibility, and user value
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery, ensuring alignment between technical and business stakeholders
• Support product decisions through experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven analysis
• Monitor product performance and continuously optimize solutions based on measurable outcomes
• Communicate product strategy, progress, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Promote continuous improvement of product management practices and collaborative ways of working

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager delivering digital products and medium-term strategic roadmaps (6–12 months)
• Strong experience defining product problems, measurable outcomes, and business success metrics
• Practical understanding of machine learning-enabled products and collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams
• Experience working in data-driven environments with frequent experimentation and A/B testing
• Strong business acumen and experience prioritizing initiatives based on KPIs and measurable business value
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and highly analytical product environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including collaboration with senior business leaders
• Strong experience in roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and product discovery frameworks
• Ability to balance business value, technical feasibility, and user needs when making product decisions
• Experience using AI-assisted tools to support product discovery, synthesis, and hypothesis generation
• Native-level Polish
• Good command of English (B2+ level or higher)

Nice to have

• Experience in AdTech, digital advertising, marketplace platforms, or recommendation systems
• Experience managing products built around experimentation platforms and continuous A/B testing
• Experience collaborating with platform, data, or machine learning engineering teams
• Familiarity with auction-based monetization models and ranking systems
• SQL literacy and ability to interpret analytical data independently
• Experience designing product KPIs and success metrics for ML-enabled products
