Experienced IT Developer, Salesforce - Gdańsk or Viby

Description

As an Experienced Salesforce Developer, you will build features and applications for Customer Service Agents and support incidents across the Commercial Salesforce area. You will contribute to the Salesforce agenda by delivering capabilities for Customer Service partners, collaborating with developers, architects, consultants and other team members.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and drive implementation of new features and functionalities.
• Coordinate work and mentor other team members.
• Troubleshoot and prioritize incidents related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Collaborate with developers to identify root causes of issues and implement fixes.
• Define, secure and monitor the system.
• Document processes and improve ways of working.

Qualifications

• In-depth Salesforce platform knowledge and an interest in improving customer service-related processes.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical information to less technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce and Lightning components.
• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, coding and design guidelines, and key architectural concepts.
• Expertise integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware; SAP ERP integrations are beneficial.
• Solid experience with complex Salesforce customization and configuration.
• Advanced design and implementation skills, with a strong grasp of architectural patterns and integration design.
• Experience with Agentforce and Data360 is an advantage.
• Experience working in an agile methodology.
