Description

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects and developers to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions. Agentic engineering tools are actively used in the daily development workflow to maximize delivery quality and speed. The team is also exploring AI in farmer-facing solutions when it genuinely adds value.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust applications using Salesforce tools, including Apex, LWC, Flows and CI/CD.
• Manage and mitigate technical debt.
• Take full ownership of build solutions from development to operations.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features and industry best practices; apply them and guide the team.
• Play a key role in designing and establishing coding standards, best practices and design patterns for development.
• Work with agentic engineering tools as a natural part of the development process and help evolve their use.

• A technical education background is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, LWC and Salesforce APIs.
• Familiarity with Salesforce best practices and the ability to share Salesforce insights is an advantage; candidates moving to Salesforce from other technologies are also welcome.
• Organizational and planning skills.
• Curiosity about technology and self-driven learning.
• Curiosity about how AI and agentic tooling can improve how solutions are built and what is built; hands-on experience is a plus, and an open mind is essential.
• Excellent English skills and the ability to communicate technical solutions to people with varying levels of technical understanding.
