Senior Salesforce Developer (Agentforce)

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with hands-on Agentforce experience to drive innovative technical solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional technology teams to design, build and deploy scalable applications, mentor development talent and ensure adherence to best practices.

Responsibilities

• Commercial experience with Agentforce is a must
• Participate in application design, configuration, customization and deployment
• Design and implement technical solutions to satisfy functional and non-functional requirements
• Work closely with Test Automation, DevOps, Integration and UX teams
• Integrate multiple systems with Salesforce, including internal proprietary and third-party applications
• Lead the development team in designing and implementing innovative solutions, with a focus on standards, best practices and code quality techniques
• Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Proven experience across various Salesforce Clouds, preferably Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Passion for Salesforce and helping customers leverage Salesforce systems
• Proficiency in Salesforce Apex, Lightning and SOQL
• Experience with software version control using Git and continuous integration practices (CI/CD)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LWC
• Experience managing a development team
• Experience working in a distributed team
