Senior Salesforce Developer (Agentforce)

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with hands-on Agentforce experience to drive innovative technical solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional technology teams to design, build, and deploy scalable applications, mentor development talent, and ensure adherence to best practices.

Responsibilities

• Commercial experience with Agentforce is a must.
• Participate in application design, configuration, customization, and deployment.
• Design and implement technical solutions to satisfy functional and non-functional requirements.
• Work closely with Test Automation, DevOps, Integration, and UX teams.
• Integrate multiple systems with Salesforce, including internal proprietary and third-party applications.
• Lead the development team in designing and implementing innovative solutions, with a focus on standards, best practices, and code quality techniques.
• Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proven experience across various Salesforce Clouds, preferably Sales and Service.
• Passion for Salesforce and helping customers leverage Salesforce systems.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Apex, Lightning, and SOQL.
• Experience with Git version control and continuous integration practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LWC.
• Experience managing a development team.
• Experience working in a distributed team.
