Senior Network Consultant

How you will make an impact

You will be a member of the Network Product Team within the IT Platforms department, based in Gdańsk and reporting to an IT Delivery Lead. The main responsibilities are designing and implementing new networks at locations around the world, improving the toolset, and ensuring the product focuses on end-user satisfaction.

Specifically, you will:

• Actively participate in the network lifecycle by leading LAN refresh projects, cooperating with suppliers, and occasionally travelling to sites
• Create and provide input to technical design documentation
• Travel to sites to gain insight into network infrastructure and execute enhancements and improvements
• Perform or coordinate quality reviews of ongoing or newly deployed network implementations
• Transform business needs into IT solutions and ensure delivery of business value
• Enhance toolsets and configuration to support the business effectively

• Technical in-depth knowledge of network technologies
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and IT specialists in a matrix environment
• Ability to analyse complex problems and summarize them clearly to support decision-making
• Good listening skills, ability to understand colleagues' perspectives, and willingness to work in an Agile environment
• Degree in IT
• At least 10 years of experience working with networks
• Strong knowledge of Cisco switches, routers, wireless solutions, Cisco ISE, Catalyst Center, and WLC platforms
• Knowledge of Cisco network environments and proven experience designing and implementing or refreshing enterprise network infrastructures
• Experience in enterprise wireless design and deployment, including WLCs, APs, RF planning, and wireless security
• Strong spoken and written English
• Ability to communicate designs, concepts, and technical details to non-technical audiences
• At least one Cisco certification is nice to have

This role requires office presence 50% of the time plus one additional day per month. Salary range and benefits will be discussed before the first interview.
