Senior Salesforce Developer (Agentforce)

Responsibilities

• Commercial experience with Agentforce is a must.
• Participate in application design, configuration, customization and deployment.
• Design and implement technical solutions that satisfy functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with test automation, DevOps, integration and UX teams.
• Integrate multiple systems with Salesforce, including internal proprietary and third-party applications.
• Lead the development team in designing and implementing innovative solutions, adhering to standards, best practices and code-quality techniques.
• Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proven experience across various Salesforce Clouds, preferably Sales and Service Cloud.
• Passion for Salesforce and helping customers leverage Salesforce systems.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Apex, Lightning and SOQL.
• Experience with Git version control and continuous integration/continuous delivery practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LWC.
• Experience managing a development team.
• Experience working in a distributed team.
