This role is ideal for an engineer who wants real ownership, enjoys working close to the business, and thrives in environments where solutions are built from the ground up. The product is strategically important, with clear visibility to senior leadership and tangible impact on how Sales and Finance make decisions.

You will be part of the Europe organization, joining a team partially based in Warsaw and working daily with cross-functional partners across the business unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and operate an end-to-end data product, from data ingestion through to business-ready outputs.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines in Microsoft Azure, including defining transformations, business logic, and data quality controls.
  • Shape and implement the reporting layer, collaborating with stakeholders as reporting needs and tools evolve, such as Power BI or alternative solutions.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Finance to translate business questions into reliable, scalable data solutions.
  • Work hands-on with Data Scientists and analysts, enabling analytics and advanced use cases on top of well-engineered data foundations.
  • Ensure solutions are production-ready, with appropriate documentation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Actively contribute to team ways of working, engineering best practices, and knowledge sharing within the Europe IT Community.

Qualifications

  • Strong, hands-on experience in Data Engineering, especially building reporting layers, designing and implementing data pipelines, and applying data transformations and business logic.
  • Solid experience working with Microsoft Azure (preferred), GCP, or AWS, including setting up solutions from scratch.
  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional, business-facing environments.
  • Experience collaborating with other technical experts, including Data Scientists and data analytics professionals.
  • Strong SQL skills; experience with Databricks, Spark or PySpark, and modern data platforms is a strong advantage.

What we offer

  • Responsibilities from day one, with project ownership and autonomy to deliver change and results from the beginning.
  • A dynamic and encouraging work environment that values individual initiative, agility, and work/life balance.
  • Continuous mentoring, coaching, corporate training, and functional training.
  • Industry certifications, including ITIL, DevOps, and Microsoft portfolio certifications.
  • Additional benefits including private health care, sports cards, an in-office fitness center, stock options, saving plans, lunch subsidy, regular salary increases, possible promotions, flexible work arrangements, mentoring programs, and training.
  • Broad understanding of IT and Product Supply organizations and services through work in global, multi-functional teams across continents.
