Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain Siebel CRM environments.
• Analyze incidents, diagnose and resolve issues.
• Handle Change Management processes and support deployments.
• Support business users and project teams.
• Work with SQL, logs, and monitoring tools.
• Collaborate on integrations (SOA/ESB).
• Create operational and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Experience with Siebel CRM in operations, administration, or support.
• Good knowledge of SQL and database environments; Oracle preferred.
• Ability to work with logs and monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, and Change.
• English proficiency at least at B2 level.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Linux/Unix.
• Experience with CI/CD.
• Knowledge of SOA/OSB.
