Oracle OSM Developer/ Senior Oracle Order Management Consultant

Project Information

Responsibilities

• Design and develop OSM components and flows.
• Analyze and support functional and technical solution design.
• Perform integration testing in OSS/BSS environments.
• Create test plans and test cases based on High-Level Design (HLD).
• Work in Agile environments using JIRA and HPQCS.
• Support end-to-end (E2E) order flow analysis.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Oracle OSM in a telecommunications environment.
• Knowledge of RODOD and fulfillment processes.
• Practical experience with COM/SOM and OSM + UIM integration.
• Understanding of ITSM processes.
• Good command of English.
