Oracle OSM Developer

Project Information

• Experience level: 4+ years
• Work model: Hybrid or 100% remote
• Project length: Long-term
• Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union

Responsibilities

• Design and develop OSM components and flows
• Analyze and support functional and technical solution design
• Perform integration testing in OSS/BSS environments
• Create test plans and test cases based on High-Level Design (HLD)
• Work in Agile environments using JIRA and HPQCS
• Support end-to-end (E2E) order flow analysis

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Oracle OSM in a telecommunications environment
• Knowledge of RODOD and fulfillment processes
• Practical experience with COM/SOM and OSM + UIM integration
• Understanding of ITSM processes
• Good command of English
