AI Data Products Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and implementation of robust, scalable data products, data architectures, and AI-ready data platforms.
  • Further develop and maintain data transformation and integration pipelines, including ETL processes from various sources, using SQL, Python, dbt, Snowflake, and Databricks, as well as cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Provision and structure high-quality data for analytics, machine learning, and GenAI use cases.
  • Gather business and technical requirements from clients and translate them into effective data engineering solutions.
  • Take responsibility for complex data projects, manage system integration, and define strategic guidelines based on data analysis.
  • Support areas such as data governance, data quality, Data Product Operating Models, and production-ready data provision for AI use cases.
  • Participate in mentoring junior consultants and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Initial project experience and interest in data engineering, for example with data products, data modeling, AI, and/or data warehousing systems.
  • Experience with at least one programming language, ideally Python, as well as SQL/NoSQL and a data-engineering technology or platform such as dbt, Snowflake, or Databricks.
  • In-depth understanding and specific knowledge of data products, data modeling, data warehousing, data engineering, and modern data and AI architectures.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, a solution-oriented consulting mindset, and willingness to actively offer solutions.
  • Passion for learning and exploring new technologies.
  • Fluent English and Polish communication skills.
  • Openness to hybrid work and regular visits to the Katowice office once per month.

Additional advantages
