Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage projects, track delivery milestones and dependencies, monitor progress against plan, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Manage a portfolio of existing customers, act as their main point of contact, and identify opportunities to grow relationships.
• Monitor product adoption and help customers gain full value from their purchases.
• Analyse and document commercial and delivery processes and recommend improvements.
• Support the commercial cycle, including quotations, renewal analysis, and customer-retention reporting.
• Own data quality across core business systems, including CRM records, deal pipeline, and internal order management.
• Produce regular management reports on commercial performance and customer health, and interpret findings.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in a technology-related subject, such as computer science, information systems, software engineering, or similar.
• At least three years of experience in project management, account management, or business analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and drawing practical conclusions.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Confidence working across business systems and ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Strong attention to detail; well-organised and proactive.
• Ability to own a workstream with limited supervision and work effectively as part of a distributed team.
• Availability to work in a hybrid mode or remotely, with at least one office visit per week.
