Description

Design, develop, and maintain custom extensions and solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL. Customize and enhance standard Business Central functionality across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Supply Chain processes. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with functional consultants and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom extensions and solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL
• Customize and enhance standard Business Central functionality across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Supply Chain processes
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with functional consultants and stakeholders
• Develop and implement integrations between Business Central and external systems using APIs, REST services, OData, and web services
• Support data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, cleansing, and loading
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application and performance-related issues
• Participate in testing, code reviews, deployment, and release management processes using Azure DevOps and Git
• Contribute to Business Central upgrade projects, including migration from legacy NAV environments to Business Central SaaS
• Support go-live activities and provide post-implementation stabilization and maintenance
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality solutions across multiple customer projects

Requirements

• A university degree in computer science, mathematics, physics or a related field
• Experience developing solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Cloud and/or On-Premises)
• Strong AL programming and extension development skills
• Experience with Business Central customization and configuration
• Hands-on experience implementing integrations using REST APIs, OData, Web Services, or similar technologies
• Understanding of ERP business processes in Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, and Supply Chain domains
• Experience with source control and DevOps practices using Git and Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of data migration methodologies and tools such as RapidStart and Configuration Packages
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish and ability to work directly with business stakeholders and consultants
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model, including 1 day per month in our Katowice office
