MercyOne Genesis is seeking an experienced BC/BE OB/GYN to join its OB/GYN Hospitalist service.

We Offer

  • Full-time employed opportunity with 7 24-hour in-house shifts per month and a flexible schedule; part-time and PRN opportunities are also available.
  • Provide care for OB/GYN emergencies in the ER and labor & delivery, care for unassigned patients, and accept/manage transfers from smaller hospitals in the region.
  • Provide backup call for the OB/GYN practice.
  • Supervise first- and second-year family medicine residents and one FM-OB fellow.
  • Approximately 1,000+ births per year.
  • Level II NICU with onsite neonatologists.

Recruitment Package

  • $400,000 annual salary plus additional compensation for excess shifts.
  • Additional compensation opportunities may be available during periods of increased staffing need or vacancy coverage.
  • $150,000 commencement bonus.
  • Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
  • Relocation allowance up to $15,000.
  • CME allowance of $6,000.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO.
