Why This Role Is Important

You will join a new team in Platform Product Development. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will leverage your expertise in .NET technologies, Angular frontend development, and the Azure cloud ecosystem to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions. This role requires a strong mix of hands-on engineering and architectural thinking to ensure both immediate delivery and long-term sustainability.

You will be part of a scrum team, working closely with the Product Owner, business stakeholders, and colleagues across the unit.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Apply your talents across all stages of the development lifecycle, including user-story reviews, development, design, code reviews, and automated-test writing.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide technical insights.
  • Establish engineering excellence within the team and continuously improve it.
  • Develop new functionality.
  • Take care of quality assurance, refactor existing code, and research tools and frameworks to enable future innovation.
  • Work as part of the scrum team to meet the definition of done within each sprint.

What We Value

  • More than 4 years of hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS/SASS, Angular, and Node.js.
  • More than 2 years of hands-on experience with .NET technologies, focusing on C# and Microsoft .NET.
