Position Summary
As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Community Manager in daily property operations with an emphasis on accounts payable, customer service, leasing support, and operational oversight.

What You'll Do

- Walk apartments and prepare move-in materials including keys and lock changes
- Resolve resident conflicts promptly with consistent follow-up
- Monitor curb appeal, lead management, and compliance audits
- Ensure properties are maintained to high market standards
- Support day-to-day operations and ensure policy and training compliance
- Maintain vendor relationships and manage bids for community projects
- Oversee billing, cash flow, delinquency management, and month-end reporting
- Approve and code invoices for payment
- Post rent and utility charges, manage collections, write-offs, and delinquent accounts
- Support budget management and financial performance goals
- Complete financial reporting and analysis according to schedule and ownership requirements
- Coordinate with the Concierge Team on resident service charges
