As Head of Lending at Nova Credit, you will join Nova Credit's leadership team and lead the Lending Business Unit — the company's flagship and most strategically critical vertical. You will hold end-to-end accountability (pre to post-sales) for growing the Lending vertical, leading teams responsible for winning within Financial Services and Consumer Lending.
This role sits at the intersection of enterprise sales leadership and business unit general management. You will drive new logo acquisition and expansion with the country's largest banks and innovative consumer lenders while ensuring long-term customer success and retention.
This is a full-time role with a strong preference for NYC Metropolitan area-based candidates, reporting directly to the CEO. Travel to client sites expected.
Within the First Month
- Develop deep fluency in Nova Credit's full product platform, go-to-market motion, and competitive positioning across the lending landscape
- Conduct a thorough assessment of pipeline health, account coverage, customer success posture, and team capabilities across your portfolio
- Build relationships with cross-functional partners in Product, Solutions, Marketing, and Finance

- Define and align leadership on a unified Lending segment strategy

Compensation and Benefits
