Senior Client Success Manager

The Role

You will be joining the Client Success Team, focused on some of the most important Tier 2 and growth accounts on both the buy and sell sides. Reporting to the Regional Head of Client Experience, your ultimate goal is to drive further adoption of the platform, both through existing and new use cases.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead retention and adoption in your accounts and help clients achieve their desired outcomes:

  • Drive product adoption, increased usage, retention and accelerated growth
  • Understand client business objectives and articulate value realisation back to the client
  • Identify opportunities for expansion, services and training and partner with account management to build business cases

Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with relevant and senior stakeholders:

  • Lead governance meetings with senior stakeholders
  • Handle strategic account conversations and guide stakeholders on industry best practices

Develop robust knowledge of the solution offering:

  • Demonstrate strong understanding of how the platform solves client pain points and drives value
  • Perform demos and training on modules and offerings
  • Hold client workshops and provide guidance on industry and platform best practices

Be the voice of the client internally and collaborate cross-departmentally:

  • Work closely with Product and Proposition leadership to contribute ideas to the strategic roadmap
  • Partner with Professional Services to deliver implementation and growth projects

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years’ experience in financial services, preferably in financial services software, client success, or middle office operations and transformation roles
  • Track record of success in tier 2 and key buy- and sell-side institutions
  • Understanding of capital markets or post-trade technology
  • Awareness of relevant financial market regulations such as CFTC, SFTR, EMIR, and Trade Reporting
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Practical, solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
