Xometry is looking for a Manager, Strategy & Analytics – Business Trends & Sourcing Operation to join our team. You will leverage data, analytics, and strategic insights to help drive growth and operational excellence across Xometry's AI powered marketplace. You will partner with leaders across Sourcing, Financial Services, Product, Partner Operations, and Finance to identify emerging business trends, evaluate strategic initiatives, and develop analytical frameworks that improve marketplace performance. How You'll Contribute:
- Monitor marketplace, customer, supplier, and industry trends to identify emerging opportunities, risks, and strategic priorities
- Develop executive dashboards and recurring business reviews that provide visibility into marketplace health, financial performance, and operational metrics
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover growth opportunities, operational bottlenecks, and drivers of marketplace performance
- Support annual planning, quarterly business reviews, and strategic initiatives through data-driven analysis and business insights
- Analyze sourcing performance across supplier engagement, capacity utilization, lead time, quote response, and marketplace fulfillment
- Develop analytical frameworks to monitor supplier network health and identify opportunities to improve sourcing efficiency, supplier utilization, and gross margin
- Support sourcing capacity planning through demand forecasting, operational reporting, and trend analysis
- Evaluate sourcing initiatives and operational experiments to quantify business impact and recommend improvements
- Analyze adoption, profitability, and operational performance of partner and customer financial services products, including FastPay, prepayment, and payment term offerings
- Build business cases and financial models to evaluate new financial services initiatives, pricing structures, and expansion opportunities
- Measure the impact of financial products on supplier engagement, customer conversion, working capital, revenue, and margin
- Partner with Finance, Product, and Operations teams to identify opportunities that improve marketplace liquidity and partner satisfaction
- Build scalable KPI dashboards and analytical datasets that enable consistent measurement across Business, Financial Services, and Sourcing organizations

What You'll Bring to Xometry:
- 5–8+ years of experience in strategy, business analytics, operations analytics, consulting, finance, or a related analytical role
- Proficiency in SQL and experience using Python, Excel, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar analytics tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous business problems and develop actionable recommendations

The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $132,000 - $148,000 annually + bonus depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
