We are seeking a HR Business Partner Director to serve as the lead strategic architect for our global Operations organization. In this executive-facing role, you will partner directly with the Head of Global Operations and globally distributed leadership team to design and execute a unified talent strategy that balances cross-border organizational goals with highly localized execution.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic thought-partner to the Global Head of Operations and Operations Leadership Team, translating long-term business goals into a comprehensive, multi-year talent strategy
- Lead large-scale organizational design and effectiveness initiatives and optimize workforce location strategies
- Leverage operational KPIs and people analytics to diagnose organizational challenges and drive alignment across global teams
- Design and scale career frameworks and succession plans to support retention and high performance

Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- 5+ years as a HRBP supporting global Operations, Supply Chain, or highly matrixed organizations
- Experience driving transformational organizational change in global environments
- Experience navigating international labor markets and scaling teams globally
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Experience leading large-scale talent programs including succession planning and performance frameworks
- Strong executive communication and leadership influence skills
- Experience managing employee relations and organizational transitions
- Knowledge of legal and compliance contexts across Western Europe, India, China, and the US
