Position Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Director of GTM FP&A to lead the financial planning, analysis, and strategic guidance for our Go-To-Market organization as we scale into the next phase of our growth journey. This is a high-impact, high-visibility leadership role where you will serve as the primary financial partner to our Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Customer Officer, Chief Marketing Officer. You will build and scale world-class GTM financial planning processes, deliver data-driven insights that optimize our path to scale growth and help orchestrate our expansion across new markets and segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the trusted financial advisor to GTM leadership translating business objectives into financial insights and recommendations.
  • Own end-to-end financial planning for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions.
  • Lead annual operating plan, long-range financial plan, and rolling forecast processes.
  • Develop and track SaaS and GTM KPIs including ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC, LTV, and churn.
  • Build sales capacity and productivity models in partnership with Revenue Operations.

Reporting to the AVP of Regional Development, you will own the end-to-end design, implementation, and continuous optimization of research, outreach, discovery, and whitespace processes that drive stakeholder engagement, lead qualification, and deal progression across clinical, IT, and C-suite personas. You will serve as the strategic architect of pipeline creation, partnering with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Executive leadership to align RDM activities with Aidoc's aiOS™ and CARE™ narrative, regional market dynamics, and cross-functional conversion goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive process builder with demonstrated success scaling account development motions in SaaS technology, exceptional cross-functional influence, and a data-driven approach to performance management. Strategic Alignment & Territory Leadership - Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Executive leadership to align RDM activities with company strategy and commercial narrative. - Guide RDMs in account planning, whitespace identification, and territory coverage.
