Senior Growth Marketing Manager

Position Summary

Netradyne is redefining fleet safety with Computer Vision and Edge Computing and is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to execute high-impact growth programs. This role focuses on integrated campaigns, content syndication, paid digital, webinars, outbound, and ABM to generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and drive lifecycle engagement. The position is hands-on and collaborates closely with Marketing Ops, Events, Product Marketing, SDRs, and Sales to launch and optimize data-driven programs.

Essential Functions

  • Plan and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns end-to-end across email, paid media, content syndication, webinars, direct mail, and ABM.
  • Run content syndication programs including vendor selection, contract management, lead quality monitoring, and spend optimization.
  • Execute paid digital programs in partnership with agencies, ensuring performance tracking and ROI accountability.
  • Own the full webinar program including calendar management, speaker coordination, registration, follow-up, and pipeline reporting.
  • Build and launch email campaigns, landing pages, and nurture sequences in HubSpot; support segmentation and lead scoring processes.
  • Execute outbound programs with SDR and Sales teams to convert target accounts into qualified meetings.
  • Run A/B tests across channels and messaging to build a repeatable experimentation framework.
  • Align campaign messaging with Product Marketing positioning across verticals and personas.
  • Extend field event impact through coordinated pre- and post-event campaigns.
  • Drive ABM execution using Demandbase and coordinated outbound plays.
  • Track and report on leads, pipeline influence, conversion rates, and ROI to continuously optimize programs.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach or similar tools.
  • Experience executing and optimizing paid digital programs.
  • Experience running content syndication and webinar programs end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel and lifecycle marketing.
  • Data-driven experimentation and A/B testing mindset.
  • Exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Active use of AI tools to improve productivity and quality.
  • Ability to build scalable, repeatable systems and processes.
  • Creative thinking to develop standout campaigns.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in high-growth startup environments.
  • Background in fleet management, transportation, telematics, IoT, mobility, computer vision, or AI-powered enterprise SaaS.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field highly desired.

Location & Work Model

Hybrid role based in San Diego or San Francisco with periodic travel (15–25%) for on-site and industry events.
