About the Role
In this role, you'll make daily sales calls to local businesses, visit clients onsite, collaborate with hiring managers to strategize staffing solutions, conduct candidate interviews, and provide mentorship and guidance to jobseekers.
Unlike technical recruiting roles, you'll spend a large portion of your day talking on the phone and emailing clients and candidates.
Responsibilities
- Identify quality candidates to fill open positions.
- Make outbound calls to set meetings with prospective clients.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and payroll management for placed candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and current clients.
- Strategize and create service delivery plans.
Requirements
- At least two years in a client-facing role.
- At least two years of experience in a position that required meeting monthly quotas or sales goals.
- Proven ability to resolve customer and employee issues creatively and effectively.
Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 an hour + monthly bonus opportunities
This role requires local travel to client sites.
