This role is primarily focused on technical recruiting (70–80%) while contributing to the development and scaling of People Operations processes. Reporting to the Manager of People Operations, this position increases recruiting capacity and enables the People function to scale efficiently as the company grows.

What You'll Do
Technical Talent Acquisition
- Lead and execute the full-cycle recruiting process for specialized technical roles, including Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, and Operations Research Scientists
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and drive efficient hiring decisions
- Build and maintain a pipeline of passive talent within AI and defense sectors, including candidates holding or eligible for security clearances
- Continuously enhance the candidate experience and refine interview and feedback processes
People Operations & Onboarding
- Support the evolution of onboarding from a manual process to a scalable, day-one-ready experience
- Identify and resolve friction points across the employee lifecycle, including offboarding workflows, documentation, and data integrity
