About this position
In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your leadership and strategic skills to help meet and exceed branch goals. The work you do will be critical to the success of the team. While previous experience in recruiting is not required, extensive leadership experience is required. Your team will look to you for guidance, direction, and planning support. Effective communication and delegation are essential for the overall health and success of your team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies for clients
- Conduct performance reviews, training, and coaching for team members
- Conduct client quality control visits and solve operational challenges
- Plan and delegate order fulfillment and recruiting
- Hold quarterly business reviews and manage strategic client interactions
- Create and execute sales strategies, hold sales meetings, and conduct pipeline sales calls
- Make outbound calls to set meetings with prospective clients

About the role As a Sales Development Representative, you will serve as the front line of pipeline generation.
