As a Recruiting Specialist, you'll manage your own pipeline of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants across nationwide markets, from first outreach through offer acceptance, in a high-volume, fully remote environment. You'll proactively source qualified candidates, build meaningful relationships with clinical professionals, and move the right people forward with urgency and care.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Provider Recruitment
- Manage your own pipeline of NPs and PAs across nationwide markets and a high requisition load
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager on market-specific sourcing strategies and hiring priorities
- Guide candidates through every stage of the process, from first outreach through offer acceptance and transition to onboarding
- Maintain timely, consistent communication so candidates always know where they stand
Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Proactively go after qualified candidates across LinkedIn, resume databases, industry networks, and professional associations rather than waiting for inbound
- Build and maintain pipelines for both immediate openings and anticipated hiring needs
- Re-engage qualified past applicants and referrals when new opportunities arise
- Attend relevant industry events and conferences to cultivate relationships within the NP/PA community
Candidate Assessment & Selection
- Pursue qualified candidates with persistence and professionalism; follow up until you have a clear answer
- Conduct structured screens and model overview calls to evaluate qualifications, assess fit, and set accurate expectations
- Make sound hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and role fit
- Represent Skin Clique with warmth, professionalism, and credibility in every candidate interaction
Pipeline Management & Reporting
- Keep Greenhouse ATS current at all times, including stage progression, interview notes, outreach history, and disposition
- Track and report on key metrics including pipeline volume, conversion rates, and monthly hiring targets
- Surface funnel trends, sourcing gaps, and process improvement opportunities proactively
Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, sales, business development, or candidate sourcing experience
- Exposure to medical aesthetics, cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, healthcare staffing, or provider recruitment is highly desirable
- Experience recruiting healthcare professionals (NPs, PAs, RNs, MDs, DOs) strongly preferred
- Experience in a sales-driven environment is a plus
- Proven ability to carry a high requisition load without losing quality in candidate communication or pipeline documentation
- Strong sourcing and networking skills across LinkedIn, professional associations, referrals, and industry events
- Exceptional follow-through; no candidate goes dark without a touchpoint
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clinical professionals
