Who We Hope to Find

We're looking for a Director of Partner Success to own the health of Freddie's most vital relationships across the US and Canada.

This role includes building a cross-geography account management function, creating playbooks and operational systems, running business reviews, negotiating renewals, and expanding partnerships through consultative selling and data-driven insights.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with data, finance, customer support, product, and clinical teams to ensure partner needs shape operational and product decisions.

Responsibilities

Cultivating Strategic Partner Relationships

  • Own covered entity partner relationships from onboarding through renewal and expansion
  • Run structured MBRs/QBRs and build partnership roadmaps
  • Identify and close expansion opportunities
  • Translate partner needs to product, clinical, and operations teams

Driving Consultative Growth

  • Grow relationships with existing CE partners through additional healthcare services
  • Develop and deliver data-driven pitches and presentations
  • Represent Freddie at industry events and conferences

Optimizing Operational Excellence

  • Oversee invoicing, data QA, and reporting operations managed by the Partnerships Success Manager
  • Ensure operational processes are documented and continuously improved

Requirements

  • 7+ years in partnership management, strategic account management, or client leadership
  • Experience managing high-value relationships independently
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Executive-level communication skills

Compensation

$140,000 - $180,000 USD annually plus stock options through the Equity Incentive Plan.

Partner across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services Translate customer-driven requests into clear product decisions, recommendations, and next steps. Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities, trade-offs, and execution plans. Build strong rapport with internal counterparties to move highly horizontal opportunities forward across the product portfolio. Use first-principles thinking to solve ambiguous problems Break down loosely defined asks into clear problem statements and practical solution paths. Experience You Bring: 6–10 years of product management experience Strong experience in B2B SaaS, platform, or operational software environments. Proven ability to lead both discovery and execution across complex product areas. Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments where priorities may evolve quickly. A track record of solving ambiguous, cross-functional product problems Experience turning loosely defined requests into thoughtful, high-impact solutions. Ability to navigate opportunities that span multiple teams, systems, or product domains. Sound judgment in deciding when to push for scale, move quickly, or constrain scope. Strong first-principles thinking and product judgment Ability to assess trade-offs and determine what "good enough" looks like in context. A practical mindset that balances speed, customer value, maintainability, and long-term strategy. Confidence making progress in situations where discovery is incomplete or evolving. Experience partnering with customer-facing teams on strategic opportunities Worked closely with Sales, Customer Success, and/or Professional Services on customer-driven requests. Excellent cross-functional collaboration and influence Strong relationship-building skills across Product, Engineering, Design, and go-to-market teams. Strong data fluency Comfortable working with reporting, analytics, and data-driven product questions. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. The base salary range for this position in the United States is $151k to $201k.
