Role Overview

We are looking for a Director of Partner Success to lead and expand Freddie’s Covered Entity and Canadian partner relationships. This role focuses on building scalable account management systems, strengthening strategic partnerships, and collaborating across product, finance, customer support, and data teams.

You will design playbooks, automation, and operational processes while leading partner engagement, renewals, expansion opportunities, and quarterly business reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Own partner relationships from onboarding through renewal and expansion
  • Run structured MBRs/QBRs and build partnership roadmaps
  • Identify and close partnership expansion opportunities
  • Translate partner needs to product, clinical, and operations teams
  • Develop pitches using data, outcomes, and mission alignment
  • Represent Freddie at industry events and conferences
  • Oversee invoicing, reporting, and QA processes through the Partnerships Success Manager
  • Ensure operational processes are documented and continuously improving

Requirements

  • 7+ years in partnership management, strategic account management, or client leadership
  • Experience managing high-value relationships independently

Compensation

$140,000 - $180,000 USD annually plus stock options through the Equity Incentive Plan.
