ARISS - System Administrator (Top Secret/SCI Clearance w/ Poly Required)

Clear Creek Federal is seeking a System Administrator - Field Support Engineer for an opportunity with the Department of Defense. This role will provide comprehensive IT support for classified communications systems for Army MIRC. The systems administrator will maintain, troubleshoot, and secure hardware and software across the enterprise, manage user accounts, and provide customer support across multiple disciplines. This role will be located at Camp Parks, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Information Assurance services for classified systems locally.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain intelligence training computers, printers, scanners, and servers.
  • Provide user support, including troubleshooting and account management.
  • Implement and maintain system security measures in accordance with Army Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG).
  • Conduct system administration duties on classified communications equipment.
  • Manage configuration control and maintain documentation of system status.
  • Assist with Army Information Assurance (IA) requirements and user compliance.
  • Travel to various locations as needed to provide on-site support.

Performance Location

The locations for System Administrators will periodically change based on the needs of the government. Mission requirement shifts will be identified within 180 days prior to mission start.

Beginning 1 October 2026 through 1 October 2027, this role will follow a 12-hour shift schedule with 4 days on and 4 days off. After 56 days, the shift will rotate from days to nights.

Requirements

  • 5 years' experience in classified IT services and networking.
  • IAM and/or IAT level II or III certifications in compliance with DoD 8140.
  • TS/SCI government clearance with CI Polygraph.

The Principal Cloud Engineer will leverage their strong technical background and knowledge to design, implement, and manage secure cloud infrastructures in support of mission-critical operations, with a strong focus on security monitoring and threat detection.
