Responsibilities
- Perform software installation and operating system upgrades, coordinating activities with the KDM software development team.
- Follow system accreditation and risk management controls without compromising security accreditation.
- Monitor and tune systems and cloud environments to maintain optimal performance.
- Maintain regular system backups and restore systems and data from backup media.
- Apply security and vulnerability best practices within the software development life cycle.
- Update change management systems to document system changes.
- Provide recommendations regarding hardware and system software planning and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with DEVCOM CBC KDM team members to implement change requests.

- Establish and complete daily, weekly, and monthly systems monitoring checklists.

Basic Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance.

Experience supporting military health programs or U.S. Government-funded international health programs is preferred. Knowledge of HIV prevention, care, treatment, laboratory systems, strategic information, monitoring and evaluation, or related public health disciplines.
