Seneca Federal Solutions is seeking highly qualified and security-cleared individuals to serve as Cleared American Guards (CAGs) at U.S. government-secured construction sites worldwide. This position supports the construction and security of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) in accordance with ICD/ICS 705 and U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) directives.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Meet all requirements and perform responsibilities as identified in ICD/ICS 705.
  • Perform access-control functions at vehicle and pedestrian entrances as outlined in the security plan.
  • Screen non-cleared workers, vehicles, and equipment entering or exiting the site.
  • Deny introduction of prohibited materials such as explosives, weapons, and unauthorized electronic devices.
  • Conduct random inspections to ensure compliance with security requirements.
  • Report suspicious materials or incidents to the appropriate authority.
  • Assist in developing and executing standard operating procedures for security.
  • Monitor surveillance systems including CCTV.

Minimum Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Active U.S. SECRET clearance (TOP SECRET under COM authority if required).
  • Ability to pass NCIC-III and TSDB checks.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and inspect for extended periods in outdoor environments.
  • Completion of Antiterrorism Level I training.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain base access credentials.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting SCIF construction or secure facility operations.
  • Knowledge of ICD 705, CNSSI 7000, DODD 5205.07, and TEMPEST standards.
  • Experience in protective security or access control roles.
  • Familiarity with CCTV systems and intrusion detection equipment.
  • SFPC or SPSC certification.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
