As vCluster Labs’ Enterprise Account Executive, you aren’t just selling software; we are defining a category. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, navigating, and closing large-scale agreements with leading organizations while selling a technical platform focused on Engineering, DevOps, Security, and Data teams.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Territory Management: Own a dedicated patch of Enterprise accounts and build territory plans to uncover and expand opportunities
  • Full-Cycle Execution: Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close
  • Multi-Threaded Selling: Build consensus across technical stakeholders and executive buyers including CTOs, CIOs, CISOs, and CFOs
  • Value Engineering: Deliver Business Value Assessments tied to customer revenue and operational efficiency goals
  • Methodical Forecasting: Maintain Salesforce/CRM hygiene and utilize MEDDPICC or related methodologies for accurate forecasting

Requirements

  • 7+ years of quota-carrying field sales experience
  • 3+ years selling to Enterprise accounts with $200k - $1M+ ACV deals
  • Technical fluency with engineering and architecture conversations
  • Experience using MEDDPICC or MEDDIC methodologies
  • Documented record of top sales performance and quota over-achievement
  • Experience working in high-growth startup environments

Preferred Experience

  • Experience selling complex SaaS/PaaS solutions
  • Background in DevOps, Infrastructure, Data, Observability, or Cybersecurity
  • Startup and partnership-building experience

Compensation

USA: Estimated base salary $280K – $330K with equity and commission.

Germany: Estimated base salary €190K – €220K with equity and commission.
