At Built, the Customer Support team serves as the first point of contact for customers seeking guidance or solutions on the platform. As a Customer Support Representative, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences while mastering construction and real estate finance technology products. You will troubleshoot issues, advocate for customers, and contribute to enhancing the overall user experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide timely, effective support via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting technical issues and clearly communicating solutions.
