Position Summary
The Business Development Representative is responsible for generating new commercial roofing opportunities, managing a consistent sales pipeline, and closing deals that support QT's growth goals. Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Development & Prospecting
- Prospect and develop new commercial roofing opportunities across reroof segments
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of active opportunities
- Conduct site visits, roof inspections, and client meetings to identify project scopes
Sales & Estimating Collaboration
- Prepare and present proposals and value-based solutions to commercial customers
- Partner with estimating and operations to ensure accurate scoping and smooth project delivery
- Close sales while maintaining target gross margins
Customer Relationship Management
- Grow long-term relationships with building owners, facility managers, and general contractors
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and reliable sales forecasts

Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of commercial roofing sales experience OR 5+ years of B2B construction sales with a proven track record
- History of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and scopes of work

- Ability to sell on value and protect margins
