As a Materials & Receiving Team Member at Bath Fitter's Tennessee Manufacturing Plant, you'll play an essential role in ensuring materials, inventory, and finished products move efficiently throughout our operation. From receiving inbound shipments to staging outbound orders, your work directly supports the production of our premium acrylic bathtubs and shower systems.

In this role, you will:
- Provide material handling support to production and safely store inventory
- Operate a forklift to move materials and finished goods
- Receive, unload, and put away inbound shipments
- Pick and stage outbound orders using barcode scanners and picking slips
- Transport finished products from production to shipping areas
- Pull and stage materials such as doors and shower floors for shipment or production
- Verify orders are packaged correctly before leaving the stockroom
- Perform inventory cycle counts and correct inventory discrepancies
- Process MRO requisitions and stock transfers
- Read and follow shipping schedules and documentation
- Maintain accurate data using scanners and internal systems
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
We're looking for someone with:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Forklift operation experience
- Warehouse, materials, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and procedures
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Experience using handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.; occasionally up to 100 lbs.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
