In this role, you will:
- Prepare and review daily shipping schedules
- Stage products for shipment based on delivery routes
- Operate a forklift to load and unload transportation trucks
- Locate shipment staging areas and organize outgoing orders
- Verify shipments, piece counts, and bill of lading documentation
- Transfer shipping documentation to carriers
- Identify and stage tubs by customer number, size, and skirt
- Use barcode scanners and picking slips to prepare orders
- Nest and package tub liners and accessories for shipment
- Transfer accessories from the stockroom to staging areas
- Weigh items and maintain accurate shipping logs
- Load outbound shipments and manage return loads
- Enter production and shipping data into computer systems
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
We're looking for someone with:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Forklift operation experience
- Warehouse, shipping, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read shipping documents and verify order details
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
- Ability to use measuring devices and tape measures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 125 lbs.
- Ability to work in environments with moving equipment, humidity, and heat
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office or ERP systems (Navision) is a plus

Develop educational materials including instructional videos, manuals, presentations, and other reference materials to promote ongoing learning and development of the department. Partner with leadership and subject matter experts to develop a training library that includes both new hire training materials as well as other materials to support the ongoing learning and development of staff. Maintain and audit the library for relevancy and accuracy. Work in a cross-functional environment to proactively prepare and update training materials ahead of significant product launches, enhancements, new client launches, open enrollment, and more. Develop games and engaging activities to keep trainees motivated while promoting core values and culture. Measure the effectiveness of training programs via trainee feedback, individual and team performance, and progress. Conduct regular side-by-sides, observations, and quality assessments to identify knowledge gaps and develop strategies to address them. Schedule and facilitate training sessions, including setting up materials, virtual meetings, and classroom sessions. New hire training must be conducted in person and onsite at the Denver location unless otherwise approved by management. WHO YOU ARE: Bachelor's degree in education preferred. Minimum 3 years of dedicated training experience required, where training or facilitating comprised at least 50% of job responsibilities. Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and demonstrated ability to synthesize information and develop impactful training materials.
